Some customers may have multiple sites or addresses. This may be because they are a business with multiple offices or a consumer with multiple living addresses. Adding an additional address to a customer is really easy. In the customer’s page, find the “Sites” section and click the “+” icon.
Now we can enter the details of the new location. You will need to enter the name of the location under “Name”, the house name or house number under “House Name/No”, the location’s main street address under “Street Address 1”, the “Town” of the location, the location’s “Postcode”, and the “Country” which the location is in. If you want to, you can also enter a secondary street address under “Street Address 2”, the location’s “County”, or a phone number associated with the new site under “Phone”. Click the “Create Site” button to save the new location.
If you have done everything correctly, you should see the customer’s sites page, which shows all of the customer’s sites and information about them. If not, you may have left a few required fields blank. The empty required fields will be highlighted red, with red writing underneath telling you that the field is required. You will need to fill in these fields if you want to continue.
Once the required fields have been filled, click “Create Site” to finish and save the site, and you should be sent to the customer’s sites page.
